Traffic stops in Campbell results in arrest of three on drug charges


CAMPBELL — Traffic stops Wednesday led to the arrests of three people on drug charges.

Police stopped a vehicle near Jackson Street for a tail light violation and found suspected marijuana, according to a police report.

The vehicle's driver, Austin Roy, 31, of Campbell, will be arraigned Friday in Campbell Municipal Court on a possession of drug charge. The vehicle's passenger, Joanna Brown, 30, of Youngstown, will be arraigned for possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

In a separate incident also on Wednesday night, police stopped a vehicle for speeding near 12th Street and found a small amount of suspected marijuana, according to a police report. The vehicle's driver, Al Saulino, 54, of Youngstown will be arraigned Friday for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
