Primanti Brothers to give away sandwiches to the first 100 customers at Boardman restaurant
BOARDMAN — Pittsburgh-based Primanti Brothers restaurant is celebrating the opening of its 27th location by giving away free sandwiches for a year to the first 100 customers at its newest restaurant – the first in Ohio.
The new restaurant is located at Southland Crossings at 6731 South Ave.
Fans can start to “tailgate” to ensure their place in line at 8 p.m. Thursday. Doors open Friday afternoon.
Since 1933, Primanti Brothers has been a dining institution of Pittsburgh. The “Almost Famous” Primanti Brothers sandwich is built between two slices of Italian bread. It’s piled high with a choice of select meats, an optional egg, secret recipe coleslaw and fresh-cut fries.
