2 face drug charges after their arrest in Campbell
CAMPBELL — A traffic stop Tuesday led to the arrest of two people on drug charges.
Police stopped a vehicle on Center Street for objects obstructing the front windshield and found that Stacey Sullivan, 31, of Struthers, was driving under suspension, according to a police report.
Sullivan had a charred glass pipe and a hypodermic needle, according to police.
The vehicle's passenger, Samantha Wayne, 29, of Campbell, was not wearing a seat belt and had suboxone pills, police said.
Sullivan will be arraigned Tuesday in Campbell Municipal Court on charges of possession of drug-abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia.
Wayne will be arraigned Friday on charges of possession of drugs, possession of drug-abuse instruments and possession of drug paraphernalia.
