Whited receives certificate of appreciation

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Bob Whited, past district governor and member of Austintown Lion’s Club, received the Joe Preston Certificate of Appreciation for his dedication to starting new clubs in District 13D from Barb Sorkin, immediate past district governor and member of Rootstown Lions Club. Sorkin attended the district’s Global Leadership Team-Global Membership Team’s meeting Aug. 31. District 13D includes clubs in Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, Portage and Stark counties.
