Registration open for Warriors Inc. programs

Registration is open for two Warriors Inc. programs – Totally You Girl and Warriors of Manhood.

Totally You Girl, for girls 8 to 18, focuses on educating and empowering young women by emphasizing the importance of positive self image, self-esteem and confidence.

The program aims to equip participants with tools and leadership skills to be confident in today’s society.

Warriors of Manhood, for boys 8 to 18, emphasizes the importance of being an honorable man of integrity and character in the community. The program aims to equip participants to be courageous youths.

There will be a parent and student kickoff breakfast at 9:45 a.m. Sept. 26 at Horizon Science Academy, 3403 Southern Blvd. Students must be accompanied by adults at the breakfast. Registration is required.

The first classes for the girls and boys programs will take place from 10 a.m. to noon Oct. 10 at Horizon.
