Miss Welsh, Mr. Sheid plan autumn rite

MILWAUKEE

Oct. 10 has been chosen for the wedding of Lisa Marie Welsh and Christopher Sheid, both of Rock Springs, Wyo., whose engagement is being announced by the bride-elect’s parents, William and Loretta Welsh of Milwaukee, formerly of Youngstown.

The future groom is a son of Patsy Harrison of Hobart, Ind., and Charles Sheid of Rock Springs.

Invitations will be extended for the couple’s 1:30 p.m. wedding to take place at The Portage Theater in Chicago and for a reception that afternoon at The Berghoff Restaurant, also in Chicago.

Miss Welsh earned an associate degree in computer science from Davenport University and is employed as an intake clerk at Southwest Counseling Services in Rock Springs.

Her fiance is a graduate of Valparaiso University and is pursuing a master’s degree at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyo. He is coordinator of marketing and public relations at Western Wyoming Community College in Rock Springs.
