Rummage sale, cookout will benefit hospital

Love’s Travel Stop, 2586 N. Main, will host a rummage sale and cookout from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. All proceeds will go to Akron Children’s Hospital Mahoning Valley.

Employees have donated items for purchase including clothes, toys, baby items, furniture and more. Hamburgers, hot dogs, Italian sausage, pulled pork and kielbasa will be served.

The event is part of Love’s Travel Stops annual company-wide campaign to raise money for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Love’s and its customers have raised more than $13 million to help sick and injured children.
