OSHP investigates elderly man struck by car in Hubbard

HUBBARD — A car struck an elderly Hubbard resident at West Liberty Street shortly after 8 a.m. today.

The 87-year-old man, who was trying to cross the street, is recovering from his injuries at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital, said an official with the Ohio State Highway Patrol, which is investigating the cause of the accident.
