Gregory L. Burks, 56, Glencoe Road, Cleveland, theft.

Laura Ann Daviduk, 23, Valerie Drive, receiving stolen property, possession of cocaine and possession of a drug-abuse instrument.

Robert George Hayden, 23, Carriage Lane, Canfield, possession of heroin, possession of a drug-abuse instrument and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bernard Merchant, 43, Sherwood Avenue, prohibited marijuana metabolite.

Priscilla D. Scott, 30, Joan Avenue, Girard, possession of cocaine and of heroin.

Candice Jackson, 24, Riley Avenue, Struthers, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and three counts of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tara Stewart, 25, Berwick Avenue, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and three counts of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bartholomew Mascarella, 39, Shields Road, Boardman, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Pedro, 50, Maplewood Drive, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

William McCulloch, 21, East Boston Avenue, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cassandra Ortiz, 31, East Avondale Avenue, possession of heroin.

Kathryn Ratliff, 46, West Montrose Avenue, possession of cocaine and loitering to engage in solicitation.

Corey Miller, 23, East Park Avenue, Columbiana, or Salem-Unity Road, Salem, possession of heroin with a forfeiture specification and burglary.

Holly Hughes, 42, Wheathill Road, East Palestine, possession of heroin with a forfeiture specification.

Christina Fernandez, 32, East Avondale Avenue, burglary.
