Youngstown woman faces OVI charge after arrest in Boardman

BOARDMAN — A Youngstown woman faces an impaired-driving charge after she was pulled over Wednesday night on Market Street near U.S. Route 224.

Angie Webb, 39, of Hazelwood Avenue, was cited for speed, driving under suspension, operating a vehicle while impaired, and operating a vehicle while impaired with prohibited blood-alcohol concentration.

A breath test reportedly determined that Webb had a BAC of .099. The legal limit in Ohio is .08.
