OSU lawyers will question ex-band director

Ohio State University lawyers are being given an opportunity to question fired marching-band director Jonathan Waters in his federal defamation lawsuit.

In a Wednesday notice, the deposition of Jonathan Waters was set for Tuesday.

The university fired Waters after an investigation concluded he ignored a “sexualized culture” inside the celebrated band.

Waters denies the charges and claims in his suit that the school discriminated against him because he was a man.
