A Fair to remember

Despite the soaring temperatures during Canfield Fair week, hundreds of thousands again flocked to the paved walkways leading to barns filled with displays, games and rides.

The 169th Canfield Fair ran from Wednesday through tonight.

Some sought a cool spot to rest while others seemed to be immune to the heat as they traversed the 178 acres. They enjoyed everything from fair foods to live music from such grandstand concerts as The Happy Together Tour, The Band Perry and MercyMe.

It’s been a memorable year for many who attended the weeklong fair.
