Youngstown man arrested in Austintown for weed and scale

AUSTINTOWN

A traffic stop Friday morning at Nantucket Boulevard led to an arrest for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A police report states that officers arrested Raymont Ingram, 38, of Youngstown after searching the vehicle and finding two bags of suspected marijuana and a scale. Ingram will be arraigned Friday, Sept. 9 in Mahoning County Court.
