Jazz-pop artist Kenny G will come to Stambaugh Auditorium on Dec. 15 at 7:30 p.m. The show will include holiday songs, as well as Kenny G’s classics.
Tickets go on sale Sept. 10 at 10 a.m. at stambaughauditorium.com, by phone at 330-259-0555 and at the box office, 1000 Fifth Ave. Group discounts are available.
Known for his ability to blend jazz with pop, R&B, and Latin sounds, Kenny G’s recording career spans more than three decades and 23 albums. Since 1982, he has been one of the best-selling instrumental musicians.
Kenny G’s biggest hit single was 1987’s “Songbird,” which peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. His best-selling album, 1992’s “Breathless,” sold 12 million copies in the U.S.
Earlier this year, he released his 14th studio album, “Brazilian Nights,” a tribute to Bossa Nova, with a mixture of classics and originals.
