Probation for 3 men accused of Christmas day beating

YOUNGSTOWN — Three men were sentenced to probation in municipal court for the beating of a man at a home in the 3000 block of Neilson Avenue on Christmas Day.

Samuel Peterson, 21; Daniel Peterson, 19; and Ryan Marks, 22, were also all ordered to get their GEDs by Judge Elizabeth Kobly.

The three are accused of beating a man they accused of shooting at a house they were all in just minutes before.
