Man faces felony charges for off-road vehicle ride
WARREN
Trevor S. Hall, 21, of Buena Vista Avenue Northeast, was booked into the Trumbull County jail at 1:05 a.m. today on three felony charges associated with the off-road vehicle ride through Trumbull County Sunday.
Warren Municipal Court issued arrest warrants for Hall Monday and Tuesday on two counts of failure to comply with the orders of a police officer and one count of receiving stolen property, all felonies.
Warren police said Hall was among about 70 people who participated in the ride. They said Hall also posted messages on social media about it before the event.
Hall is one of 11 people, most from the Cleveland and Akron areas, charged by Warren and Liberty police in connection to the ride, which one rider called a “bike life” event.
Warren police released a video from a cruiser dash camera showing riders doing “wheelies” and traveling in both lanes of travel on several Warren roads Sunday with police following with lights and sirens activated.
Off-road vehicles like dirt bikes and four-wheelers cannot be legally driven on public streets, police said.
