Taylor Swift files counterclaim in groping lawsuit

DENVER

Taylor Swift has filed a counterclaim against a former Denver radio host who sued her after he said he lost his job because of false accusations that he inappropriately touched her during a photo session.

David Mueller sued Swift in U.S. District Court in Denver in September, saying he was falsely accused by a member of her security team of grabbing the singer’s buttocks backstage at the Pepsi Center on June 2, 2013.

Mueller, who denies inappropriate contact, says he was fired two days later from his job at KYGO radio.

Swift’s counter argument, filed Wednesday, says Mueller claims his superior at KYGO committed the purported assault. But Swift points the finger solely at Mueller.

She’s asking for a jury trial.

Norman Reedus of ‘Walking Dead’ set to ride on reality show

NEW YORK

AMC says Norman Reedus of the network’s hit thriller “The Walking Dead” is going for a ride.

Reedus, who plays zombie-plagued Daryl Dixon, is hitting the road in a new AMC reality show as he takes viewers on a biker journey exploring motorcycle culture.

The series’ six one-hour episodes will each pair Reedus with another biker enthusiast – a fellow actor, musician, friend or local chopper fanatic – as they set off from a different city. Along the way, the network said, they will stop at custom bike shops, tattoo parlors, collector’s warehouses or an inviting roadside smokehouse.

The series, with the working title “Ride With Norman Reedus,” debuts in 2016.
