Muresans’ 50th celebrated at family dinner

The children of Mr. and Mrs. Aurel Muresan of Canfield hosted a family dinner party Aug. 14 at Aqua Restaurant on the Sound, Corolla Outer Banks, N.C., in celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary.

Hosting were Dr. Mark Muresan of Dublin, Ohio; Jeannine Mylott of Aurora, Ohio; Matthew Muresan of Somerville, Mass.; and Gregory Muresan of University Heights, Ohio.

The family also includes 10 grandchildren.

The former Beverly Bezak and Mr. Muresan were married Aug. 14, 1965, in St. Luke Church in Boardman.

Mrs. Muresan retired in 2000 from the Boardman Local School District, where she was a special-education teacher. She is a member of Mignonette Garden Club and Catholic Collegiate.

Her husband was an anatomy teacher with Austintown Local Schools, retiring in 1999.

The couple are members of St. Dominic Church in Youngstown; he is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
