A Mahoning County grand jury indicted these people on these charges Thursday.

Deanna Moschella, 36, North Brockway Avenue, illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs and possessing drug-abuse instruments.

Jeffrey Fuller, 24, Goldie Road, Liberty, carrying concealed weapons, being a felon in possession of a firearm and possession of drugs.

Jimmy Figueroa, 30, Bouquet Avenue, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs with forfeiture specifications and driving while under financial responsibility law suspension or cancellation.

Alfred Hall, 34, Pasadena Avenue, possession of heroin, possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Kimberly Kalasky, 34, Cherry Hill, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kevin Wiles, 34, Madera Avenue, possession of heroin and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Michael C. Frondorf, 29, Delaware Avenue Southwest, Warren, misuse of a credit card and identity fraud.

Leland Johnson Jr., 29, West Dewey Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Carrie Schwab, 28, North Dunlap Avenue, felonious assault.

Arteum Patrick Brodeur, 22, East Calla Road, New Middletown, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and resisting arrest.

Christian A. Rainey, 36, West Warren Avenue, receiving stolen property.

Anthony Salata, 41, Florence Avenue, theft, criminal damaging, receiving stolen property, identity fraud and misuse of a credit card.

Andrea M. Kaltenbach, 34, Sequoya Drive, Poland, aggravated possession of drugs.

Jazzmen Blackmon, 31, Tampa Avenue, two counts of felonious assault and two counts of domestic violence.

Bruce Clinkscale, 19, West Philadelphia Avenue, carrying concealed weapons.

Destiny Crooms, 19, state Route 558, Leetonia, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a detention facility and possession of heroin.

Rhodell Franklin, 40, Sherwood Avenue, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine with forfeiture specifications.

Leslie Jackson, 35, East Philadelphia Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Joseph Joe III, 38, East Dewey Avenue, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Jeffrey Wholf, 58, Spitler Road, Poland, possession of cocaine.

Heather Upole, 31, Stevens Street, possession of heroin, possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

John S. Rubesa, 51, Alqonquin Drive, Poland, two counts of forgery, theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
