YOUNGSTOWN

Police said a Facebook post led to a shooting Friday on the East Side that wounded a man.

Andrea Perry, 26, of Woodcrest Avenue, was arraigned in municipal court Monday on a charge of felonious assault. Visiting Judge John Solovan set her bond at $25,000.

Turning himself in at 12:30 p.m. Monday at his mother’s home in the 500 block of Samuel Avenue was Terrian Christian, 26. He is in the Mahoning County jail and is expected to be arraigned Wednesday. He also is charged with felonious assault.

Police still are looking for Maurice Christian, 28, who is wanted on a charge of felonious assault.

They are all charged with the shooting of DeAngelo Christian, 25, who was shot in the leg, stomach and buttocks in front of Perry’s apartment about 3:20 p.m. Friday.

Perry, Maurice Christian and Terrian Christian are siblings. They are not related to DeAngelo Christian.

Assistant Prosecutor Jeffrey Moliterno told Judge Solovan that Perry was arguing with DeAngelo Christian when she ordered her brothers to shoot DeAngelo Christian.

Detective Sgt. John Perdue, lead investigator on the case, said that Perry and DeAngelo Christian were arguing over a Facebook post that two women were involved with. One of the women in the post was DeAngelo Christian’s cousin, Perdue said.

DeAngelo Christian is being treated at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital and is expected to recover.

In court, Perry told Judge Solovan during her arraignment via video hookup from the Mahoning County jail that she has a 4-year-old and 9-month-old child at home and is five months pregnant with a third child.

She was taken into custody Friday, shortly after the shooting.

Marshals went to several addresses Monday where Terrian Christian was known to go and left messages for family members for him to get in touch with them.

He called about noon and made arrangements to surrender. He was picked up without incident.
