“The Voice” (8 p.m., NBC): The ominous-sounding “knockout rounds” begin tonight on “The Voice.” But rest assured that bodily harm will come to no one – unless, of course, Adam and Blake decide to throw down.

“Fear: BURIED ALIVE” (8 P.M., A&E): The title of this live game show is self-explanatory. If you love cramped, dark spaces, this show is like a visit from Santa Claustrophobe.

“Supergirl” (8:30 P.M., CBS): Look, up in the sky – it’s “Glee” alum Melissa Benoist. She stars as “Supergirl,” the cousin of that “other” caped crusader from Krypton. When she’s not kicking bad-guy butt, she works as an assistant to media mogul Cat Grant (Calista Flockhart).

“How to Dance in Ohio” (9 p.m., HBO): Autistic youngsters prepare for a formal dance in this new documentary.

“Cursed: THE BELL WITCH” (10 P.M., A&E): A descendant of the Bell Witch curse looks for answers in this new series.

“Behind Closed Doors: SHOCKING SECRETS” (10 P.M., INVESTIGATION DISCOVERY): This program looks at domestic abuse and its victims.
