Plans announced for Bakos-Meyer wedding in 2016

Denise Gallagher of Niles and Michael Bakos of Ashtabula, Ohio, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Christina Bakos, and Nathan Meyer, both of Ashtabula.

The prospective groom is the son of Mark and Julie Meyer of Jefferson, Ohio.

The couple will wed in the summer of 2016 at the Lakehouse Inn and Winery in Geneva and a reception will follow at the Andrus Banquet Center in Ashtabula. Invitations will be issued for both.

The bride-elect received a bachelor’s degree in education from Cleveland State University.

She is a kindergarten teacher at Rock Creek Elementary School in the Jefferson Area Local School District in Rock Creek, Ohio.

Mr. Meyer earned a bachelor’s degree in conservation biology with an emphasis in wildlife biology from Thiel College.

He is a machine operator at Mohawk Fine Papers in Ashtabula.
