Two indicted on underage sex charges

A Mahoning County grand jury indicted two men with the same Palmyra Road address in Canfield on charges they had sexual contact with two different people this summer.

Chad Daley, 20, was indicted on16 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. He is accused of engaging in the conduct with a person 14 years old between July 4 and Aug. 26.

Chadwick R. Tatarka, also 20, faces three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and a single count of rape. He is accused of engaging in sexual conduct with a person who was 12 at the time the conduct started, from July 4 to Aug. 6.

According to county jail records, neither man is in custody.

The two and others who were indicted will be arraigned Nov. 10 before Judge R. Scott Krichbaum of common pleas court. Those indicted are:

Shannon Jordan, 27, Republic Avenue, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation with a firearm specification and criminal damaging,

Benjamin D. Hoffman, 38, Van Wert, permitting drug abuse, endangering children and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Lori Kihm, 28, South Bon Air Avenue, assault.

Norman D. Rodriguez, 24, Lincoln Park Drive, possession of drugs and driving under suspension.

Thomas Welsh, 28, Alexander Avenue, assault and resisting arrest.

Roderick Weaver, 23, Cameron Avenue, burglary.

William J. McCulloch, 22, Elmtrace Avenue, Austintown, tampering with evidence, receiving stolen property and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jamarious Abrams, 19, Cromwell Avenue, breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools.

Willie Cowan, 51, Dean Street, breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools.

Samantha Nicole Manda, 24, North Cedar Street, Niles, theft.

John C. Steele III, 36, Imperial, Pa., passing bad checks.

Jeremy G. Marziale, 45, Market Street, North Lima, two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Jeremy Thomas, 27, homeless, two counts of felonious assault.

Brandon Clinkscale, 23, West Evergreen Avenue, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and obstructing official business.

Yashieya Colvin, 34, Stewart Avenue, possession of heroin.

Matthew Randall, 27, Buffalo Street, Franklin, Pa., receiving stolen property.

Keyla M. Garriga, 19, Beechwood Place, two counts of felonious assault.

Ronald D. Gibson, 45, Margaret Avenue, voyeurism, three counts gross sexual imposition and rape.

Kelly Armour, 40, North Bon Air Avenue, forgery.

Frank R. Consiglio, 47, Mercedes Place, Canfield, possession of heroin.
