Stacey Griffin, Jeff Parker will marry Oct. 24

Gretchen Griffin of Boardman is announcing the engagement and upcoming wedding of her daughter, Stacey Griffin, and Jeff Parker, both of Austintown.

The prospective groom is the son of Sellena Gichevski of Canton and Bob Parker of Rootstown, Ohio.

Invitations will be issued for a 3 p.m. Oct. 24 ceremony in Boardman Park and an evening reception at the Elm Tree in Struthers.

Miss Griffin graduated from the International Academy of Design and Technology with a degree in visual communications. She is a manager at Walgreens in Austintown.

Mr. Parker received a diesel technician degree from TDDS Technical Institute. He works in the transportation department for Austintown Local Schools.
