Erie Terminal Place, 112 W. Commerce St., opened in 2012 with 40 apartments. Erie Terminal was a vacant structure before it was converted into housing.

Realty Tower, 47 Central Federal St., was completed in 2009 with 25 units.

Wick Tower, 34 W. Federal St., completed in 2015 with 35 apartments. Also, there are 14 extended-housing units.

The Gatta Co.

The Federal Building, 18 N. Phelps St., opened in 2011 with 14 units.

Future development

Gallagher Building, 23 N. Hazel, is under the ownership of the Gatta Co. The company is in the planning stages for the project, but hopes to open with 18 units some time next year.

Wells Building, 201 W. Federal St., under the ownership of Strollo Architects, anticipates finishing the project before the end of the year. The building will have 12 apartment units and will house the Strollo offices.
