Boardman police probe burglary, gun theft

BOARDMAN — Township police are investigating a burglary reported Monday by a Cook Avenue resident.

Police responded to an apartment there Monday afternoon, where the resident reported that someone entered his unlocked apartment and stole a handgun, gaming console, and games and movies sometime that day.

The missing items are valued at roughly $1,000.
