BINGO/CARD PARTIES

Infant Jesus of Prague Guild at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish is sponsoring a card/bingo social and luncheon Nov. 1 at the Palermo Center, 394 Tenney Ave., Campbell. Doors open at 11 a.m., and lunch is from noon to 12:45 p.m. (no takeouts). Bingo begins at 1. There will be door prizes. Take your own cards. Cost is $6 per person. St. Jude Church, 180 Seventh St., Columbiana, will sponsor Super Bingo Sunday on Nov. 1. Doors will open at 1 p.m. for lunch and early seating. Games will begin at 2:30. A donation of $25 is for daubers, coffee and pop, cards for all games (specials are sold separately) and a chance to win $3,400 in cash prizes.

St. Patrick Altar Guild will host a bingo/card party and salad buffet from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday in the church social hall, 1420 Oak Hill Ave., Youngstown. Cost is $5 per person at the door. There is a handicap-accessible ramp and elevator on the south side of the church as well as a secured parking lot.

CRAFT SHOWS

Boardman Shepherd of the Valley, 7248 West Blvd., will host a craft show in its dining room from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 6. Vendors are needed; tables can be reserved for $20. St. Jude Women’s Guild is sponsoring its annual craft show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 21 at the St. Jude Activity Center, 180 Seventh St., Columbiana. St. Nicholas Moms and Dads Club will sponsor a craft show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the church’s great hall, 764 5th St., Struthers. The event will have craft vendors and food concessions. A grand prize is two club seats and a gold parking pass for the Steelers v. Browns game in Pittsburgh on Nov. 24; tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. Winner will be drawn after the craft show. FLEA MARKETS

Saxon Club, 710 S. Meridian Road, Austintown, will host a flea market from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday and each Tuesday into October, weather permitting. Vendors can set up early in the large spaces, which cost $5 each. Refreshments are available.

FUNDRAISERS

Campbell Memorial High School Alumni Association will host a scholarship fundraiser, its annual Reverse Raffle and Dinner, on Saturday at Archangel Michael Hall, 12th Street in Campbell. Tickets cost $60 per person, and the grand prize will be $1,500. The alumni association has awarded $85,000 to date in scholarships to graduating seniors and Campbell Memorial alumni pursuing undergraduate and graduate studies. RAFFLES

United Way of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley has partnered with the NFL Alumni for a 2016 Super Bowl Raffle. The winner will receive a trip for two to Super Bowl 50 in Santa Clara, Calif., on Feb. 7, 2016, or a $5,000 cash prize. Second prize will be $1,000 and third, $500. Tickets are $100 each and only 250 will be sold. The winner will be drawn Dec. 2 at the Lake Club in Poland. Winners do not need to be present. SALES

Grace Lutheran Church, 162 S. Raccoon Road, Austintown, will have a trash and treasure sale from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Homemade vegetable beef soup, pork and sauerkraut sandwiches, sloppy joes, hot dogs, pie and baked goods also will be for sale. At 12:30 p.m., all clothing will be $1 a bag and merchandise will be half price. Proceeds will benefit local charities and the church’s women’s programs.

Helping Hands Closet at Western Reserve United Methodist Church, 4580 Canfield Road, Canfield, has new and gently used clothes for the entire family. Many new fall items are available. Surprise sales will invite customers to pull a ticket in-store and receive a percentage off their purchase. The hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Tuesday.

Youngstown/Warren Regional Police Athletic League Program will host a trunk and treasure sale from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at the Austintown Senior Center parking lot. Space is available for $10 each. Food, pop and baked goods will be available. Proceeds will benefit social, educational and athletics programs for underprivileged youths. SPECIAL EVENTS

Heritage Presbyterian Church, 1951 Mathews Road, Poland, will host a free “Trunk or Treat” event from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Sunday. The event will include treats, pumpkin decorating, games, doughnuts and cider. In inclement weather, the event will be moved inside the church.

TRIPS

New Hope United Methodist Youth, 21 Fairview Ave., Niles, are sponsoring a bus trip to Amish country from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Saturday. There will be breakfast at the Dutch Valley Restaurant and visits to the Amish flea market and bakery, shopping in Berlin, a variety show at the Amish Theater and dinner at an Amish home.
