Youngstown cops investigate downtown crash today

YOUNGSTOWN

Police are investigating a downtown crash this morning at Boardman Street and Vindicator Square. A car purportedly flipped on its side and hit traffic lights. The driver was transported to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.
