Auto Park-It looks at old Delphi space in Warren for headquarters

Christopher Alan, a Warren native, stood in front of a worn mural on a wall in the mammoth former Packard Electric plant on Dana Street this morning and described his vision for re-using that space.

Alan, owner of LA- based Auto Park-It said his company will be researching financing options and environmental issues at the site but noted that he had already spent much money and "wouldn't be here" if he thought the idea would not work.

He said the 500,000 square foot facility could become company headquarters, design and manufacturing.
