Universities: Youngstown State, Kent State at Trumbull and Eastern Gateway Community College, open.

Public libraries: Youngstown-Mahoning County, Kinsman Free Public Library, Girard Free Library, Bristol Public Library, Bristolville, McKinley Memorial Library in Niles, Newton Falls Public Library, open; Warren-Trumbull, Hubbard Public Library, closed.

Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): Will operate a Saturday schedule.
