Three indicted in North Jackson shooting

Three people from Warren were indicted Thursday by a Mahoning County grand jury in connection with the shooting of a woman Aug. 26 in a North Jackson home.

Cady Jean Unger, 19, of Irene Drive Northwest; Ryan Martin Crissman, 19, of Housel Drive Southwest; and Derek Joyon Hopson, 20, of Dawson Drive Southeast were indicted on direct presentment on charges of attempted murder, felonious assault, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation with firearm specifications and endangering children.

The trio is accused of shooting at a woman in a house in the 3600 block of South Bailey Road in North Jackson. The indictment did not say whether the woman was wounded by gunfire. The prosecutor who handled the indictment did not return a message Thursday seeking more information.

They also are accused of having a child under 18 years old with them when the crime was committed.

Those indicted by the grand jury will be arraigned Oct. 27 in common pleas court before Judge R. Scott Krichbaum:

Yaumbrail Jones, 21, Redondo Road, two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Michael Wick, 45, Idaho Road, Girard, aggravated burglary and menacing by stalking.

Auma Campbell, 36, Ford Avenue, domestic violence.

Robert McClimans, 49, Parkview Avenue, breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools.

Changelle Scott, 18, Cassius Avenue, receiving stolen property, failure to obey the order or signal of a police officer and obstructing official business.

Sara Rae Johnson, 28, state Route 88, Bristolville; Roxanne M. Parent, 29, Olive Avenue, Lake Milton; and Joshua D. Stewart, 27, Grandview Avenue, Lake Milton; three counts receiving stolen property, possessing drug- abuse instruments and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Colleen Hurst, 47, disrupting public services.

Anthony M. Salata, 41, East Florida Avenue and Tamara Schulte, 40, East Florida Avenue, receiving stolen property, identity fraud and misuse of a credit card.

James Thomas, 54, Timberbrook Drive, Canfield, carrying concealed weapons and OVI.

Troy Chioco Adkins Jr., 18, East Boston Avenue, receiving stolen property.

Peter Joseph Fuchs, 28, Chestnut Street, West Middlesex, Pa., two counts possession of heroin, possessing drug- abuse instruments, two counts of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, four counts of OVI, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, carrying concealed weapons and possession of drugs.

John Pierre Grizzard, 46, South Avenue, Boardman, theft and identity fraud.

Melissa A. Berry, 32, South Meridan Road, identity fraud, forgery, misuse of a credit card.

Korey Stubbs, 26, Union Street SW, Warren, identity fraud and forgery.

Marc S. Schadel, 29, Wyndcliff Avenue, six counts of theft, three counts of robbery, two counts failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Wendy Ann Wolfgang, 49, Frederick Avenue, aggravated menacing.

John Curry, 27, Ohio State Penitentiary, Coitsville-Hubbard Road, direct presentment, harassment by bodily substance.
