Police on the scene of crash I-680 and U.S. Route 224

BOARDMAN — A “head-on” crash accident is being investigated now on Interstate 680 northbound between U.S. Route 224 and Midlothian Boulevard.

Officials of the Canfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said a person calling in the accident said it was a head-on crash, but further details were not known as of 4:30 p.m.

OSHP said motorists should avoid the area due to the crash.
