South Range (14-4, 5-1 ITCL) came from behind to defeat Crestview (9-10, 2-3) as Eliza Garlough had 25 points and 25 digs, Lynnie Ritter notched 14 poinst and 11 kils and Codi Taylor tallied 18 points, 18 digs, seven kills and two aces. For Crestview, Brooke Harper totaled 16 kills, 19 digs, 11 points and four aces, while Julianne Poynter notched 35 assists, 14 digs and 11 points. JV: Crestview, 2-1.

Lakeside 18-26-25-15-6

SAYBROOK TOWNSHIP

It took five sets, but the Falcons (10-9, 5-7 AAC Red) downed Lakeside behind Sarah Obradovich’s 21 kills, 16 points, two aces and 12 digs. Maya Martin also added 15 assists, while Bree Hunter had 15 assists and Keara Katcher recorded 16 digs. JV: Fitch, 2-0.

YOUNGSTOWN

Destiny Goodnight led the way to an Ursuline sweep as she recorded 18 kills, 11 points and nine digs. Julianna Kratzer also had 11 points and 12 digs, while Maddison Kelly finished with 14 assists and seven points.

Lexi Miner paced Howland (10-9) with 11 points and 25 assists, while Cassie Murcko notched 25 kills and Kara Rushin had 12 digs. JV: Lakeside, 2-1.

CONNEAUT

Myah Busse had 11 kills and seven points for Niles, while Zia Williams notched 13 points, six digs and four kills. Gabby Miller also had 13 pointss, seven digs and five kills for the Red Dragons, and Katie Julian added 30 assists. JV: Niles, 2-0.

Maplewood 8, Bloomfield 0

Tommy Rink logged four goals and Paul Kellar scored two as Bloomfield improved to 10-3 on the season. Brandon Stowe also recorded a goal for Bloomfield, as did Peyton Weaver. Thomas Dorsey III, Paul Kellar and Mattew Palm all notched assists.

Lordstown 5, Newbury 2

LORDSTOWN

Ethan Radtka and Jiryes Rafidi each scored two goals to pace Lordstown (11-3-1). Bruce Pyles also scored a goal for Red Devils, while Garrett Behner and Michon Peterson each ad two assists. For Newbury (9-3-1), Kevin Piczer and Mario Puletti scored the goals.

HOWLAND

Nick Parise had two goals for the Tigers, while the rest were spread out. Kyle Fenton, David Schwartz, Christian Nogay, Christopher Tvaroch, Braden Elsea, Manny Perez and Jonah Wiesman all scored goals.

FAIRFIELD TOWNSHIP

Mitch Lindsay notched two goals and Riley Mackall added another as the Rebels improved to 10-2-2 to reach their sixth consecutive season with at least 10 wins. Matt Nery, Jaden Diem and Clayton Elliott all recorded assists, while goalie Scott Murray had four saves to earn his eighth shutout.

KINSMAN

Kali Kerpelis, Erica Lehn and Gigi Hitchcock all scored goals for the Irish, while Hitchcock and Adi Quattro recorded assists. Badger was paced by Lexi Skertic and Emma Hunkus’ goals.

Champion 2, Newton Falls 2

NEWTON FALLS

After the Tigers took a 1-0 halftime lead, the two teams played to a tie. Newton Falls (8-5-2) received goals from Hannah Harnithar and Tara Backherms, while Allie Gray and Erin Sindeldecker scored for Champion (8-1-5). Sara Rienehart also notched an assist for Newton Falls, while Lizzy D’urso and Carli Whitas had assists for Champion. In the goals, the Tigers’ Caitlin Conway had five saves and Gabby Hollendaugh had seven saves for the Golden Flashes. JV: Champion, 4-0.

Niles 1, Lakeview 0

CORTLAND

Niles (11-2-1) edged the Bulldogs on a goal by Jaycee Ward — which was assisted by Bethany Rasile. Vada Flannery recorded eight saves for the Red Dragons, while Alivia Whisler had two. Miranda Melfe logged 12 saves in the net for Lakeview (11-3).

Girard 7, Jefferson 0

JEFFERSON

Malena Whittfield led the way with two goals as Girard downed Jefferson. Rachel Bendon, Jackie Kenreich, Sarah Malvasi, Emily Marsico and Brooke O’Neill all scored a goal as well. In the net, Alexia Page-Boyd notched seven saves for the Indians.

Poland 5, Edgewood 1

ASHTABULA TOWNSHIP

Jessica Miller paced Poland with two goals and two assists, while Maggie Sebest, Breanne Stackpole and Sophia Harakal all had one goal apiece. Edgewood’s lone goal came from Caitlyn Faulke, while its goalie recorded 20 saves. JV: Poland, 4-0.

Howland 8, Lakeside 0

SAYBROOK TOWNSHIP

Howland (7-6-2) got three goals each from Sara Ciletti and Napier Ramsey as the Tigers cruised to a victory. Isbaella Merlo and Kaitlyn Chambers also recorded goals for Howland, which jumped out to a 5-0 halftime lead.
