Boardman police investigating reported burglary at a Cook Avenue apartment

Township police are investigating a reported burglary at a Cook Avenue apartment.

Police responded to the apartment late Tuesday, where the resident reported that someone had broken in and taken a television and laptop.

On Wednesday police were called to a vacant Zander Drive house to investigate a break-in.

Police reportedly observed damage to a door and window, and discovered that someone had taken an estimated $8,000 worth of copper wire and piping from the house.
