Mahoning County Mental Health and Recovery Board

A 0.5-mill, five-year renewal levy that generates $915,489 a year and costs the owner of a $100,000 home $5.56 a year.

Average annual administrator salary: $83,244.

The levy will fund mental health and substance abuse recovery services for indigent and underinsured people under the new board, which was created this year by the merger of the county Mental Health and Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services boards.

Mahoning County Board of Developmental Disabilities

A 3-mill, five-year renewal levy that generates $11.3 million annually and costs the owner of a $100,000 home $98.45 a year.

Average annual administrator salary: $61,055.

Starting annual Leonard Kirtz School teacher salary: $33,500.

Average annual Leonard Kirtz School teacher salary: $43,301.
