YWCA events planned

YOUNGSTOWN

Lunch and Learn Library Resources for Job Searchers will take place from noon to 1 p.m. Oct. 15 at the YWCA, 25 W. Rayen Ave.

A representative from the Public Library of Youngstown and the Mahoning Valley will discuss online resources available for job searches.

The cost is $10 and includes lunch. Registration is required by Oct. 12 by contacting Elise at eskolnick@ywcaofyoungstown.org or 330-746-6361 or online at www.kintera.org/site/apps/ka/rg/register.asp?c. There is a $2 fee for online registration.

In support of YWCA’s Week Without Violence, lunch will be available for purchase from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Oct. 20 at the YWCA from the Big Green Thing — Better Food Truck. Eat in or carryout. A portion of the sales will benefit the YWCA.

Domestic violence and systemic barriers for women of color will be the topic of speakers at noon.
