Ajax Magnethermic Retirees will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Station Square, 4250 Belmont Ave. Guests are welcome.

Canfield AARP 3104 will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at Canfield Presbyterian Church. Salem Visiting Nurses will offer blood pressure screenings from noon to 12:45 p.m. Dr. Donna Deblasio will present a program on the Historical Center of Industry and Labor. A mystery bus trip Oct. 21 is sold out and there is a waiting list. The group is planning an overnight trip to Lancaster, Pa., on Nov. 10 and 11 to see “Miracle of Christmas” at the Millennium Theater and “Deck the Halls” at the American Music Theater. Coitsville Seniors will meet at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Bedford Trails Golf Course Restaurant, Bedford Road, Coitsville. Members will order from the menu. There will be devotions, and plans for the Christmas party at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 7 at Bedford Trails will be discussed. October birthdays and anniversaries will be acknowledged, and Sto Lat will sing. A 50-50 drawing and card bingo will follow.

Police and Fire Retirees of Ohio, District 2, Chapter 10, will meet at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Austintown Senior Center, 112 Westchester Drive. Discussion will take place on the annual healthcare change time period, and refreshments will be served.

S.O.A.R. Chapter 1-28-10, Retirees of Local 2243 U.S.W.A. Copperweld Steel Co., will have its regular monthly meeting at 1 p.m. Oct. 15 at the Windsor House Champion Estates, 235 Champion Ave. The speaker will be Lyddy Jones. Refreshments will be served. Guests are invited to attend.

S.O.A.R. 27-2 and 27-6, Steelworkers Retirees Local 1330 and 1331 will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at Smith Corners United Methodist Church. 3000 S. Niles-Canfield Road. Amy Romano from R. Kashmiry & Associates will talk about Medicare changes in 2016. Reservations will be taken for the Dec. 7 Christmas party. Refreshments will be served, and new members are welcome.

Youngstown State Retirees’ monthly breakfast will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Das Dutch Haus in Columbiana. All retirees are invited for food and friendship.
