Warren City Federation of Women’s Clubs will have its Oct. 13 monthly membership meeting at the Sunrise Inn in Warren. The location has been a changed from the membership booklet. The hostess club of the month is Fifth Wheel, and the program will be given by Zachery Fryman of the Public Utilities Commission. Community Outreach requests attendees to take a new or gently used blanket to be donated to the Warren Family Mission. The cost of the luncheon is $13. Pay by check at the door.
