Child immunization clinics set for October-December

WARREN

Warren City Health District, 418 Main Ave. SW, is offering childhood immunization clinics in October, November and December.

The dates and times are: 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. Monday; 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. Nov. 2 and 16; and 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. Dec. 7. A special clinic day is from 8 a.m. to noon Oct. 28. The Oct. 18 children’s immunization clinic is canceled and will be rescheduled at a later date.

All clinics are walk-in. No appointment is needed. The day of the clinic, the child should be well and free of fever, rash or illness. An updated shot record is required. There is a $10 fee and Medicaid cards are accepted. For information, call Cheryl Strother at 330-841-2596.
