WARREN
Dominique L. Rose, 21, of Third Street Southwest was released from the Trumbull County Jail after posting $15,000 bond on a robbery charge associated with her former employer.
Police were called Aug. 28 to the Mahoning Valley Organizing Collaborative, a nonprofit organization at 170 N. Park Ave., for a theft report.
They were advised that Rose had come into the office asking for her paycheck and was told it was not there yet, and she was asked to leave.
Rose became irate and attempted to punch a female employee in the face, then grabbed her hair and slammed her against a wall and tried to choke her, police said.
Other workers pulled Rose off the employee, but Rose then grabbed a computer, computer monitor, mouse and keyboard and the other woman’s cell- phone that was on the floor and left.
The computer equipment belonged to another organization that uses the office, the Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership.
Rose was arraigned Wednesday in Warren Municipal Court, where a not-guilty plea was entered for her. If convicted, Rose could spend several years in prison.
