Richards stuffed Hungarian peppers win Best of Fair

Richards Stuffed Hungarian Peppers (first place) and Andrews Sausage (second place) were the big winners in the 2015 Canfield Fair’s annual Best of Fair contest, sponsored by Fred Martin Ford.

Best of Fair gave fair-goers with Facebook accounts the opportunity to vote on their favorite food vendors or attractions at this year’s fair via a special page on the Fair website. Votes could be cast from desktop computers or mobile devices. In the case of the latter, a QR code could be scanned that brought user directly to the Best of Fair site.

Richards and Andrews both received at least five times as many votes as their nearest competitors, with Richards getting the victory by seven votes. Rounding out the Top 5 vote recipients were Roxbury Pizza Company, Bam Bam’s Backyard BBQ and Molnars Cinnamon Rolls.
