Canfield Basketball Youth Skills Academy
The Canfield High School boys basketball program will be hosting its fifth annual Cardinals’ Basketball Youth Skills Academy in preparation for the 2015-16 basketball season. All current fourth, fifth, and sixth grade boys are eligible participants. The first night of The Academy will be on Nov. 3 from 7-8:30 p.m. at Canfield Village Middle School. To see registration information, an official flier and the full schedule of the remaining 9 evenings of instruction, go to www.mmuck7.weebly.com and click on Youth Basketball. To register, include the player’s name and grade in school, a parent’s name, a phone number, a family email address, and a shirt size and jersey number preference. The clinic will be $20, and this fee will cover the cost of the T-shirt and a pizza party the last evening of the clinic.

Send Neighbors your news
If you’re a fall sports coach or the parent of an athlete, we need your help. In order to get teams and players the recognition they deserve, we want to showcase them in our pages. You can email us at neighbors@vindy.com.
You don’t have to be a writer — just send us the information and we’ll put it all together. When emailing pictures, send them as JPEG files as large as possible. Provide caption information and where people are located from left to right, front row to back.
Neighbors wants fall sports news
Fall sports have begun and Neighbors wants to be there every step of the way. If you’re a fall sports coach or the parent of an athlete, we need you help. In order to get teams and players the recognition they deserve, we want to showcase them in our pages. We can only do that if you commit to sending us game reports and photos each week. If you send it, it will get in.

The sports news we’re looking for ranges from varsity high school teams down to middle school and even elementary and recreational leagues.
We look forward to hearing about your teams successes.
