Christman Hall in Stambaugh Auditorium was the setting for the 5 p.m. Aug. 15 wedding ceremony of Laura Bell and Nicholas Eonta. Sean Mitchell officiated, and a reception followed in the grand ballroom at the auditorium.

Richard and Jeri Bell of Poland are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Gerard and Karen Eonta of Pittsburgh.

The bride wore an ivory lace gown with a train, and completed her ensemble with a family heirloom veil purchased by her grandmother in Brussels, Belgium, in 1955.

The bride’s cousin, Amy Chichak, was honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Amy Corrado, Kim Scott and Sara Seemayer, and the bride’s niece, Sophia Bell, was flower girl. The attendants wore Pacific blue-colored dresses.

The groom’s brother, Benjamin Eonta, performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Mike Gordon, Andrew Jurczak and Stefan Larson. The bride’s nephews, Josiah and Cillian Bell, were ring bearers. Derek, Jason and Timothy Bell, the bride’s brothers, were ushers.

The Eontas took a Carribbean cruise for their wedding trip. They live in Pittsburgh.

Mrs. Eonta earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and international business at the University of Toledo. She is a project manager at AMG Research in Pittsburgh.

Mr. Eonta graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He is an information specialist with the Better Business Bureau in Pittsburgh.
