Parents announce Mesmer-Miller engagement

EAST PALESTINE

Rick and Patty Mesmer of East Palestine are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Mesmer, and David Miller, both of Pittsburgh.

The prospective groom is the son of Lloyd Miller of Toronto, Ohio, and Rebecca Miller of Tampa, Fla.

Invitations will be issued for an Oct. 7, 2016, wedding ceremony in Youngstown and a reception to follow in Canfield.

Miss Mesmer earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration from Youngstown State University, and is pursuing a master’s degree in health administration from Ohio University. She is an administrative coordinator with UPMC in Cranberry Township, Pa.

Mr. Miller received a bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science from West Liberty University. He is a laboratory technician at UPMC in Verona, Pa.
