Indictments issued in two murder cases

YOUNGSTOWN

A Mahoning County grand jury handed down indictments in two murder cases Wednesday.

In one of those cases, the grand jury issued secret indictments against three men on charges of aggravated murder, attempted murder and other crimes.

The indictment detailing the specifics of the case is not available because it is secret. The identities of the men indicted will not be released until they are arrested.

Daniel Harris, 36, of Becky Court in Boardman was indicted in the Nov. 17 killing of Tony Brown, 34, outside the Southern Tavern. He faces charges of aggravated murder, four counts of attempted murder, four counts of felonious assault and a count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Indicted on a charge of obstruction of justice in that case is Gregory Stanford, 28, of Ridge Avenue.

Those indicted by the grand jury will be arraigned in common pleas court Dec. 8 before Judge R. Scott Krichbaum:

Wilbert A. Patterson Jr., 54, East Midlothian Boulevard, gross sexual imposition.

Joseph J. Reinthaler Sr., 50, Montgomery Court, Canfield, tampering with records and forgery.

Edward Speller, 24, East Philadelphia Avenue, possession of marijuana with forfeiture specifications and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brandon Ravnell, 28, Cornell Avenue, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Deondre R. Hill, 21, East Ravenwood Avenue, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin with forfeiture specifications and possession of drugs.

Mary Briggs, 56, Spring Street, Burton, falsification.

Richard Mitchell, 21, Dryden Avenue, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Brian A. Bailing, 41, Maple Drive, Boardman, theft.

Kevin D. Cartwright, 28, Carter Circle, Boardman, felony receiving stolen property, forgery and misdemeanor receiving stolen property.

Ambert P. Rothwell, 32, Thalia Avenue, burglary and obstructing official business.

Becky Caldwell, 25, Arbor Circle, Franklin, Pa., possession of cocaine.

Andrew R. Brewer, 29, North Bon Air Avenue, receiving stolen property.

Nicole Ballester, 34, Terrace Drive, Boardman, possession of heroin.

Lamar Coleman, 31, East Philadelphia Avenue; Shaina Bell, 18, East Philadelphia Avenue; Roy Coney, 66, East Philadelphia Avenue; and Elijah Hatten, aka Elijah Aquem Teamar Hatten, 19, East Philadelphia Avenue, possession of heroin, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to possession of heroin.

Keith Jones, 31, Delaware Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying concealed weapons and obstructing official business.

Jacarr Sims, 26, Superior Avenue, carrying concealed weapons.

Kenneth Williams, 21, Hudson Avenue, burglary.

Robert Wisler, 27, Crescent Street, Struthers, three counts receiving stolen property and three counts forgery.

Duben Nwadiogbu, 19, Michigan Avenue, two counts of felonious assault.

George T. Martin, 63, Petrolia, Pa., four counts of felony/life rape and five counts of rape.
