Holiday fundraiser planned at Lake Club

POLAND

Beatitude House will host Christmas at the Lake from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 13 at The Lake Club, 1140 Paulin Road.

This holiday event for the family will feature live entertainment and an appearance by magician Tom Phoolery. There will be a catered brunch.

Holiday activities for children include ornament-making, letters to Santa and cookie decorating along with adult and children’s ticket auction. All proceeds benefit the families of Beatitude House.

Reservations are required. Tickets are $30 for adults, $15 for children and free for those 2 and under. There is limited seating available. Visit beatitudehouse.com/events or call 330-744-3147. Tickets will be on sale until Dec. 10.

Beatitude House, sponsored by the Ursuline Sisters of Youngstown, is committed to all disadvantaged women and children. By creating homes, providing educational opportunities and fostering healthy families, they provide them with the opportunity to transform their lives.
