YOUNGSTOWN

Police say a man who was asked to leave a North Side party Saturday night spit at and kicked several officers.

Reports said officers were called about 10:40 p.m. to a home in the 200 block of Park Avenue, where they were told partygoers had asked a man, Andrew England, 23, to leave because of his behavior.

Reports said England refused to leave and also refused to leave when police came. When told he was being arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, he would not allow officers to handcuff him, and when they finally did get him handcuffed, he spit at and kicked officers.

England was taken to the Mahoning County jail and booked in on a charge of disorderly conduct.
