Workers begin to demolish Powers Way home
YOUNGSTOWN — The Powers Way home where Corinne Gump, 10, and her grandparents William and Judith Schmidt died in a March 30 arson is being torn down.
Triple Diamond in Hubbard began tearing the house down shortly after 10 a.m. The company is handling the demolition free of charge to the family.
The man accused of setting the fire, Robert Seaman, 46, could face the death penalty if convicted.
