David Phelps coming to campus

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa.

David Phelps will come to Westminster College’s Orr Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 14.

Phelps, who sang tenor as a member of the Gaither Vocal Band and has received both Dove and Grammy awards, will sing Christmas songs at the concert. Tickets start at $39; call 724-946-7354.

Evening of opera at Zion Lutheran

YOUNGSTOWN

Zion Lutheran Church, 3300 Canfield Road, will present An Evening of Opera with Amanda Austin, soprano; Justin Michael Austin, baritone; and pianist Tamara Kim, at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

The concert of holiday favorites and opera selections is free but donations will be accepted and divided amongst the performers and the parish food pantry, which serves needy families.
