CANFIELD

Nov. 9

Petty theft: Police arrested Wayne Layne, no age available, of Wellington, Ohio, and Terrance Barth, 47, of Cuyahoga Falls, on charges of petty theft in the city.

Nov. 11

Drug abuse: Police arrested William Snowden, 34, of Fifth Avenue, Youngstown, on charges of drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Drug abuse: Police arrested Gerontios Ginnis,18, of Breetz Drive, Campbell, on charges of drug abuse.

AUSTINTOWN

Nov. 9

Warrant: Police arrested Heather Binion, 24, of McDonald, on a warrant for theft.

Counterfeit currency: A male suspect passed a $50 counterfeit bill at Panera Bread, 5503 Mahoning Ave.

Recovered property: A rear license plate was recovered on North Navarre Avenue and Four Mile Run Road.

Animal complaint: A loose dog attacked a pet in the 2000 block of Penny Lane.

Warrant: Police arrested William Thompson, 48, of Erie Street, East Liverpool, on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of telephone harassment.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Alden Young, 23,of Idlewood Avenue, Youngstown, on a charge of drug abuse-marijuana.

Nov. 10

Burglary: Files were taken from work and home at a home in the 2000 block of Fox Chase.

Burglary: A rear window on a door was broken out, but entry was not gained at a home in the 100 block of Idlewood Road.

Breaking and entering: A shed was entered and damaged and a snowblower and chain saw were stolen at a home in the 3000 block of Easy Street.

Theft: Four tires and rims were stolen from a 2016 Ford Explorer at Fred Martin Ford, 4701 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A change purse was stolen from a wheelchair victim at Rulli Bros., 4331 Kirk Road.

Theft: Change and a power cord were stolen from an auto parked at a home in the 4000 block of Pinegrove Avenue.

Nov. 11

Theft: Temporary tags were stolen from an auto parked at a home in the 2000 block of Evelyn Road.

Theft: Police arrested Heather Taylor, 42, of Allendale Avenue, Boardman, on charges of theft from an auto and criminal mischief.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Jordan Johnson,18, of West Main Street, Canfield, on a charge of drug abuse-marijuana, and arrested Brian Bees, 28, of South Raccoon Road, on a bench warrant for theft.

Theft: Police arrested Ashley Loutzenheser, 30, of Ellsworth Road, Lake Milton, on a theft charge. Police accused her of taking $38.22 in makeup and food from Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Nov. 12

Criminal damaging: Siding was removed from a home in the 100 block of Aldrich Road.

Theft: A male attempted to get a refund he was not entitled to at Get Go, 5163 Mahoning Ave.

Breaking and entering: A garage was entered and a snowblower taken from a home in the 5000 block of East Rockwell Road.

Inducing panic: A female pretended to ingest pills to get attention at a home in the 1000 block of Idaho Road

Drug offense: Police arrested Mark Phillips, 40, of South Raccoon Road, on a charge of possession of prescription pills.

Theft: An undetermined amount of money was taken from an automobile in the 5000 block of Pinecrest Drive.

Nov. 13

Breaking and entering: Suburban Insurance, 1416 S. Raccoon Road, was broken into by forced entry.

Warrant: Dipon Pough, 20, of Edgewater Drive was arrested on a warrant for criminal damaging.

Theft: Checks were taken from Walmart.

Nov. 14

Disturbance: A physical altercation was reported at Wedgewood Center, 1749 S. Raccoon Road.

Animal complaint: A dog fight was reported at a home in the 100 block of Forest Hill Drive.

Robbery: Police arrested Lisa Luzadder, 50, of Pritchard-Ohltown Road, Warren, on a robbery charge. Police accused her of taking $7.74 in merchandise from Walmart after leaving a larger order at the doorway and going back into the store to the pharmacy after realizing she was being watched. She was also charged with possession of a firearm during a theft offense. She was carrying a .380-caliber handgun with a loaded magazine.

Aggravated burglary: A male suspect pushed his way into an apartment in the 1000 block of Compass West.

Nov. 15

Vehicle pursuit: Police arrested Quincy Little, 22, of Madison Street, Campbell, on charges of resisting arrest and failure to comply after leading police on a foot chase when stopped in his vehicle for traffic violations.

Theft: $200 and a house key were stolen from a home in the 100 block of DeHoff Drive.

Theft: Police arrested Nathaniel Austin, 26, of Idora Avenue, Youngstown, on a theft charge. Police accused him of taking $59.31 in merchandise from Walmart.

Weapons offense: Police arrested James Jones, 30, of Morley Avenue, Campbell, on a weapons offense for improper handling of a firearm, illegal possession of a weapon, possession of marijuana and marijuana drug paraphernalia, and disorderly conduct for playing loud music. He had a .22-caliber handgun with five live rounds in it on him.

Warrant: Police arrested Garrison Bowers, 36, of Adrian, Mich., on unspecified warrants out of Michigan.
